1. Our Offerings
The Healing Cloud provides wellness-centered experiences that may include yoga, meditation, sound experiences, educational workshops, community gatherings, private sessions, special events, and collaborative experiences with independent facilitators.

2. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
The Healing Cloud's services are intended to support general wellness, relaxation, mindfulness, movement, self-exploration, and community.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and emotionally able to participate. If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, take medications that may affect participation, or have other health concerns, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
No particular physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, or therapeutic outcome is promised or guaranteed.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in yoga, movement, meditation, wellness activities, events, and related experiences may involve inherent risks.
By choosing to participate, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with the activity and agree to participate within your own abilities and limitations.
You are encouraged to modify or discontinue any practice that causes pain, dizziness, distress, or significant discomfort.
Certain events may require participants to complete a separate waiver, informed-consent form, or participant agreement before attending.
4. Bookings and Payments
Prices for classes, sessions, events, memberships, packages, and other offerings will be displayed at the time of booking or purchase.
Payment may be required in advance to reserve your space.
Because The Healing Cloud is an intimate space and many experiences have limited capacity, availability is not guaranteed until your reservation and any required payment have been completed.
5. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the type of class, event, workshop, private session, or collaboration.
Any specific cancellation or refund terms displayed during booking will apply to that purchase.
The Healing Cloud reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify an offering when reasonably necessary. If The Healing Cloud cancels an offering, participants will be informed of the available refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling options applicable to that offering.
6. Guest Facilitators and Collaborations
Some Healing Cloud events may feature independent practitioners, teachers, artists, healers, or other guest facilitators.
These individuals may operate independently from The Healing Cloud and may have their own credentials, professional responsibilities, waivers, informed-consent requirements, or terms.
The inclusion of a guest facilitator does not necessarily mean that The Healing Cloud controls or assumes responsibility for all services independently provided by that facilitator.
7. Community Conduct
The Healing Cloud is intended to provide a respectful and welcoming environment.
Participants and visitors are expected to respect the space, facilitators, other guests, personal boundaries, property, and community guidelines.
The Healing Cloud reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant from an offering when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, privacy, comfort, or integrity of the community, subject to applicable law.
8. Photography and Media
Photography, video, or other media may occasionally be captured during certain events.
When media recording is planned, The Healing Cloud will endeavor to provide appropriate notice. Where legally required or otherwise appropriate, separate consent may be requested before identifiable images or recordings are used for promotional purposes.
Please notify us before an event if you have concerns about appearing in photographs or recordings.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the written content, branding, graphics, class materials, original programs, photographs, videos, and other original content appearing on The Healing Cloud website or created by The Healing Cloud are owned by or licensed to The Healing Cloud.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Guest facilitators retain ownership of their independently created intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, access restricted portions without authorization, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
