The Healing Cloud Tent Policies

Welcome to The Healing Cloud, a sacred space for restoration, reflection, and renewal. To help keep our community safe, grounded, and aligned, please review the following studio policies: ✧ Booking & Cancellations - Pre-registration is required for all classes and events. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. - Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive class credit. - No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of that session without refund. ✧ Arrival & Late Entry - Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and honor the calm. - Doors close at class start time to preserve the sacred flow. Late entry is not permitted once class begins. ✧ What to Bring - Bring your own mat, props, water, and an open heart. - Some classes may include optional aromatherapy or sensory elements. Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance. ✧ Respecting Sacred Space - The Healing Cloud is a device-free zone. Please silence and put away phones upon arrival. -Shoes are to be removed before entering any sacred space including the yurt tent or designated healing areas. -Bare feet or socks are encouraged to stay grounded and connected to the earth. -Please put your shoes back on when stepping outside sacred spaces, especially for walking in outdoor areas, for your safety and hygiene. - Kindness, inclusivity, and non-judgment are pillars of this space. We ask all guests to uphold a spirit of mutual respect and compassion. ✧ Weather & Outdoor Sessions - For outdoor or tent-based sessions, in the event of inclement weather, you will be notified via email/text with rescheduling options. ✧ Refunds & Transfers - All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another class if rescheduled within the cancellation window. ✧ Consent & Waivers - Participation in any class or event implies agreement to our liability waiver. - You may be asked to sign a digital or physical waiver upon booking or arrival.
